Construction of Standard Signalized and Unsignalized Crossings in the Municipality of Kalamata

VC Urban participated in the implementation of a project for the construction of model signalized and non-signalized pedestrian crossings in the Municipality of Kalamata, as part of the Project “Smart Applications and Actions in the Context of the Digital Transformation of the Municipality of Kalamata”.

The technical company undertook the project as a subcontractor, representing the association of companies OTE SA and Globismart.

The project included construction interventions to create safe crossings adapted to the existing urban environment, as well as road and sidewalk restoration works. The crossings were designed to enhance pedestrian visibility and improve the overall functionality of public spaces.

The implementation is part of a broader program of urban interventions and redevelopments aimed at upgrading the city’s central areas and improving daily mobility for residents and visitors.
